At NYCCC, we teach traditional martial arts forms originating from the Shaolin and the Yang Style Tai Chi. These classes offer knowledge and techniques on self-defense skill, coordination reflexes, mental concentration and relaxation.
Martial Arts:(Ages 8 and up) The class focuses on each student's health and physical fitness as well as preparation for self-defense training. It will improve the student's coordination and stamina as well as develop reflexes and self esteem.
Taichi / Taichi Sword: (Adults only) Engage in a gentle and fluid martial art that develops balance, coordination and peace of mind through movement and meditation.
