STUDIO DESCRIPTION

Size: Large Studio – 50’ X 24’; Back studio -  36’ X  16; Small Studio – 30’ X 14’

The studios are pillar free featuring 14’ ceilings, equipped with mirrors, finished wood floor, barres, dressing rooms and CD and cassette players provided.

 

RATES/PAYMENT 

Hourly rental rates are as follows:

Rehearsals	$16/hr	$13/hr	$11/hr
Classes	$28/hr	$25/hr	$23/hr
Video/Photo/Audition	$38/hr	$35/hr	$33/hr
Prime time 6 to 10pm (applies to classes and Rehearsals)	$28/hr	$25/hr	$23/hr

All bookings are considered firm after confirmation.  Full payment in cash or check/money order made payable to “New York Chinese Cultural Center, Inc.” is due upon booking or one month prior to the day of rental, whichever is earlier.  There are no refunds or credits on cancellations.  Returned checks are subject to $25 service charge.
